Unlike many modern microgreen operations that rely on hydroponics, we’ve chosen a path less traveled but deeply rooted in tradition: soil-based cultivation. Hundreds of growing channels are filled with high-quality soil, providing a natural and nutrient-rich bed for our microgreens to flourish. This method allows us to grow greens that are not only robust in taste but also packed with nutrients.

Precision in Every Aspect

Our grow operation is a symphony of precision and efficiency. Arranged on racks that stand four tiers high, every channel receives meticulous attention. We use state-of-the-art pumps that deliver just the right amount of water to lightly irrigate the soil, ensuring that our microgreens receive the perfect amount of hydration without the need for additional nutrients or chemicals. Our commitment to using only what nature provides means that you get microgreens as pure as they come.

A Controlled, Perfect Environment

The magic of our indoor operation lies in our ability to control every element of the growing environment. Dozens of LED light bars provide the optimal spectrum of light, while a series of fans circulates air to maintain the perfect balance.
